Really easy to use, very quick when I have a question the answer is always fast received. I can always get my money when I really need it no question or withholding my money. I like that it's online away from me so I can save without it being pushed in my face but I no it's there when I really need it or for christmas. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

I struggled after my husband died in 2012.

I struggled after my husband died in 2012. I needed help around Christmas time with two kids to support, so took out a small loan, repayments paid monthly after I was paid. When loan fully paid off my instalments then went into a savings account thereby any large bills aren’t such a worry for me now. Move to current date my savings have helped me to help my daughter when she passed her driving test in purchasing a car, Aldo plan for holidays.
