People before profits

I have had savings with the Notts & Lincs Credit Union for many years. It is really easy to use, the online 'banking' is easy and I get a good rate of interest. Communication with the team at the CU is always simple and clear. I recommend them to everyone and I am really glad to be saving with an organisation that puts people before profit. Great community focused credit union

Using Notts and Lincs Credit Union has always been easy. The staff are friendly and helpful and setting up my account was easy to do. The loans rates are very reasonable and I especially the community focus that they have for helping families to save and budget. Very much satisfied with what they offer. I feel part of a financial family!

I have been with Notts and Lincs Credit union for years. They have helped me when I’ve needed them the most and helped me to turn my financial circumstances around. Whenever I’ve had to make contact, nothing has been too much bother. With a friendly reassuring voice on the end of the phone, I’ve always felt reassured by the person I’ve communicated with. Now that my finances are in order, I trust my savings are in good hands. Im disabled and with a loan from the credit union some years ago, they helped me to make my dreams come true! I had a loan from the credit union to help me have a trike built, something that I thought would be impossible. But with the money from that loan, I managed to realise nothing is impossible. Banking that benefit its members

Staff are always helpful, friendly and professional, care about members and their circumstances and will always try to assist.
