I feel part of a financial family!

I have been with Notts and Lincs Credit union for years. They have helped me when I’ve needed them the most and helped me to turn my financial circumstances around. Whenever I’ve had to make contact, nothing has been too much bother. With a friendly reassuring voice on the end of the phone, I’ve always felt reassured by the person I’ve communicated with. Now that my finances are in order, I trust my savings are in good hands. Im disabled and with a loan from the credit union some years ago, they helped me to make my dreams come true! I had a loan from the credit union to help me have a trike built, something that I thought would be impossible. But with the money from that loan, I managed to realise nothing is impossible. Knowing that they help people just like me makes me feel a part of a financial family. Thank you for all the work that you do and for the advice and support you provide. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Banking that benefit its members

Staff are always helpful, friendly and professional, care about members and their circumstances and will always try to assist. Easy to save and I know my savings are safe and being used to help others. Previous loan applications had been straight forward, made easy to understand and comply with. Thank you.
