Customer service needs work

Fine now but took forever to setup the account as they kept delaying the security checks. I had to chase them repeatedly and it took weeks but I have the account now and it seems ok Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

I opened clockwise when I needed a bank

I opened clockwise when I didn’t have any other account available. It came in time of needs financially for me and has supported me by having a account that I can pay online via transfers and use a debit card day to day for living. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Tryed few months back to sign up and had so much issues it stressed me.out amount times I rang etc didn't get sorted I ended up leaving the whole thing.. months after come back had great sutomer service sorted the issue out ehich was locked out my account and was able to apply quickly for loan Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
