A good savings product

My wife and I have invested money with Close Brothers over a number of years. We have always had excellent service from the Bank which has provided competitive savings rates, advice seminars if needed and good delivery of the products. We would recommend the bank to anyone wishing to save money with a reputable bank. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

close brothers offered a good but also easy experience having savings with them

we've banked with several banks and close brothers was one of the ones that we were able to deal with on the phone or online without any aggravation; everything went smoothly and we were pleased with the rates we consistently got from them so would recommend them to anyone! Close Bros are consistantly the closest to our customer service expectation, and we deal with very many financial organisations that don't come up to the mark.

It's quite simple. When you ring up for help or assistance you get it, and that occurs even if the question is a difficult one. It is also the case that Close Bros are always well towards the top of the interest rates' chart, which indicates that customers rather than pure profit do come first. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019

Consistent competitive savings rates. Easy to complete forms for savers who are not internet savvy. Polite customer service personnel who answer the telephone quickly and efficiently deal with queries.
