New account - very satisfied

Bought a two year ISA, which was the best rate available at the time. Very easy to set up an account, and the person I spoke with on the phone very helpful. Excellent email communications too, and confirmation by post. All very quick. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

App easy to use but customer service is slow

I like the interest rates and the app is easy to use. Tough I had problems withdrawing larger amounts of money. It was blocked and couldn't get through to a customer service agent to get unblocked and they were slow to get back to me. So took a couple of days to get money unblocked each time.
