Efficient and financially strong Bank

I have opened several fixed interest accounts with Close Brothers over the last few months. Rates unbeatable when you take financial strength into consideration. Have also had dealings with them over many years as an Insurance Broker with no issues. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Why Close Bros?

Spreading my saving among a wide range of banks while eschewing the long-established High St. providers, I came across CB and decided to check out their offerings. At that moment in time, their savings interest rates were among the class leaders so after performing some background checks, I decided to give them my business. An easy-to-use website, and better interest rates than many big-name institutions were sufficient incentive for me to entrust some of my savings with them and I expect to continue as a customer for the foreseeable future. Close brothers was recommended by a friend because of the excellent savings accounts. I’ve enjoyed the easy online access to my account and when I’ve needed to phone, the telephone response was efficient and friendly… importantly for me as an older person, the telephone response was not condescending at all.
