Well organised information.

Close Brothers Bank is well organised and sends information about your investment that is: CLEAR, ACCURATE & WELL PRESENTED. They don't bother much with emails and websites or Internet banking which I find TOTALLY refreshing. What you do get for a fixed term bond is a letter stating exactly how much your interest is and when it will be paid. Other internet banking websites are a NIGHMARE in comparison and drive you crackers. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
