In the past two years I have taken out two fixed-term deposit products with Close Brothers Ltd, and on both occasions this has been handled efficiently. Close Brothers produce crystal clear information about their products and have excellent customer services as in telephone enquiries, prompt replies to correspondence and free seminars which are very informative .
