In the past two years I have taken out two fixed-term deposit products with Close Brothers Ltd, and on both occasions this has been handled efficiently. The form-filling has been reasonable, while no doubt fulfilling the regulators' requirements. There is also the reassurance that the company has a long and steady history. Close Brothers produce crystal clear information about their products and have excellent customer services as in telephone enquiries, prompt replies to correspondence and free seminars which are very informative . I have been associated with Close Brothers for many years now. I use Close Brothers for a number of financial services including longer term investment. When I was searching for an investment partner it was an obvious choice to choose Close Brothers. Not least because they offered the best interest rate at the time but also because they have always been professional and I wanted to invest in the safest pair of hands.
