Good customer service when dealing with issue

When I closed my fixed cash isa and moved to another higher rate cash isa, only part of the money was transferred and only when I noticed the error the customer service manager to resolve the issue Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

A trusted savings provider with great customer service

I chose Close Brothers as they are a trusted savings provider and I found their ISA rates very competitive. When I needed to contact them with questions and to deal with a transfer, I found they gave great customer service. They also offer a great web platform which is so easy to use.
