High interest rates and excellent customer service

High interest rates, easy to contact, and excellent customer service. I would prefer interest to be compounded rather than paid out of the account (eg in the case of 2 or 3 year bonds). However, the rates offered by Close Brothers are usually sufficiently competitive to override the effect of that. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
