Collingwood provide insurance for learner drivers, taxi drivers and couriers.

New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

Good Price

When insuring my daughter as a learner driver, Collingwood came through as the cheapest and most affordable quote. It was very easy to arrange and the online portal was easy to understand. easy service and cheap

as a learner driver who would typically struggle setting up learners insurance,insuring my car through colllingwood took me under minutes and it was a breeze! such an easy and quick process and it offers so much for the price,it is so affordable and makes sure your covered on anything that can save you money and it’s more than worth it. Easiest way to start learning in your own car

Affordable insurance with very easy set up process. I had a couple of problems (my own fault) and customer service were very helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend Collingwood, especially to young people who can’t afford some of the more expensive choices but still want the opportunity to get out on the road Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Brilliant prices

I had never heard of Collingwood until I got into becoming a driving instructor. At the same time my daughter was leaning to drive and I was buying her a car. The expense of lessons and a car was huge so I was delighted when I found out about Collingwood and could insure her on a provisional licence for less than my own car insurance for up to 12 months. In this age of tighter budgets and cost of living this was a no brainer to help save some money u til she passed her test. Because of this I’m also signed up to them as a trainee instructor and have already recommended Collingwood to all my learners. I don’t know of anyone else with as good prices and I have checked out one of the other ‘large companies’ that insure learners but with restrictions and a black box.
