There when you need them

Water pump went on our motorhome in a remote part of Poland. Comfort Insurance helped us every step of the way providing good communiction and assistance. They found us a breakdown truck and garage to fix the problem and we were on our way in just over 24 hours. They even offered us overnight accomdation in a hotel whilst the van was being fixed. Great customer service & great value.

Despite comparing companies several times, I've been with comfort for I think 10 years. The price is as cheap as the rest, sometimes cheaper, but even if a bit more, the European breakdown and excellent customer service more than compensates. Now the Euro breakdown has changed from RAC to AA, it's even better. Annual reminders are followed by a courtesy phone call if not acted on, always useful for me. Agents are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm unlikely to change in the near future. Thanks. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Comfort Insurance, a company to rely on.

Excellent customer service where you converse with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their insurance rates are always very competitive.
