I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Easy to use

Where other banks should be

Went with CountingUp for the speed and ease of opening the account in the first place, next day as opposed to 20 days with a high st bank, as well as ease of use once account open I.e. instant access via the app. Easy to use and hugely convenient. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
