I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good, but missing some easy and vital features

The app is clear and very easy to navigate but I would prefer having a desktop option as only being able to do banking through my phone is limiting. Also not being able to speak to someone over the phone is frustrating when a problem needs resolving as it can take days over the messages. Finally, Counting Up are missing money pots, this is something I need but they don’t offer. I like the accounting features a lot as this streamlines everything. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
