Easy and convenient business account for everyday use

I’ve been using Countingup Business Account for a while now and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. The app is simple and easy to use, especially for managing day-to-day business finances. I like how everything is combined in one place – banking, invoicing, and expense tracking. Setting up the account was quick and straightforward, and I didn’t experience any major issues. The automatic categorisation of transactions saves a lot of time, and the tax estimates feature is very helpful for staying on top of finances. Customer support has been responsive whenever I needed help. While there is still room for improvement in some features, overall it’s a very convenient solution for small business owners or self-employed people. I’ve been using Countingup as my business account since 2020 which tells you everything you need to know :) The combination of banking and accounting in one app makes managing my finances incredibly simple and efficient. Everything from tracking expenses to invoicing and tax estimates is clear, intuitive and easy to use. I especially appreciate how real-time insights help me stay on top of my cash flow, and the automatic categorisation saves me a huge amount of time. It’s perfect for small business owners who want to keep things streamlined without needing separate tools. Customer support has also been reliable whenever I’ve needed help. Overall, Countingup has made running my business finances far less stressful. I’d highly recommend it to any small business owner looking for a smart, all-in-one solution. I’ve been using the Countingup app for my business since around 2021/2022, and it’s significantly simplified how I manage my finances. The setup was straightforward, and I had my business account up and running quickly without any hassle. I really like how everything is in one place – banking, invoicing and basic bookkeeping – so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps or spreadsheets. Creating and sending invoices from the app is simple and professional, and being able to track what’s been paid and what’s outstanding has helped me stay organised. I also find the real‑time tax estimates and reminders very helpful, as they give me a clear idea of what to set aside and help me avoid any surprises at year end. Overall, it suits me well as a small business owner who needs to manage accounts on the go. One thing that could be improved is that it does not integrate with QuickBooks, which makes it harder to seamlessly pass data over to my accounting software. I also can’t log in to the account on the desktop, so I’m limited to using the app on mobile, which can be a bit restricting when I’m working from my laptop. Despite these limitations, Countingup has been a reliable and user‑friendly tool for me over several years, and I would happily recommend it to freelancers and small business owners who want a simple, modern way to stay on top of their finances. After years of being with you and struggling with little things such as not being able to search for clients payments. Recent adaptions and updates in recent years has made Counting up outstanding and business friendly. Marketing my life easier with invoicing, notifications, tax pots and carefully thought through resources.
