I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Starting Business Bank in hard times

I was made redundant in August 2020 from a Company I had worked at for 16 years. I suddenly found myself starting a business with lots to learn. The Counting Up environment just made the banking piece of the puzzle so easy to solve. Setup was quick and done at the same time I registered my company. Banking went live quickly, and a simple phone app allowed me to effectively and professionally deliver invoices from templates built into the app. Payments against the invoices were matched automatically and the easy access to the real-time banking data helped me keep on top the most stressful part of starting a new business - getting paid.
