I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

So far so good

A bookkeeping solution built into my bank statements...and I can annotate each transaction individually. No more do I repeatedly have to hunt around for the origin of those occasional pesky transactions that I couldn't remember what they were for. Thank you...where have you been the last 20 years!! Not too shaby!

Overall I've found Countingup to be an excellent bank - my only criticisms would be a) no web portal, only the app and b) no real time customer support, although the response to email is pretty good Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
