I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Counting up is by far better than all mobile banking apps

By far better than all banking apps, had my account for around 3 months, gets a ping everytime money leaves and a ping everytime one arrives, easy to use and if you struggle to get a contactless card these guys are for you. Easy dashboard to use and all problems resolved instantly online, perfection. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019

I have used Counting Up for over a year now. find no issues with it. You receive a popup message on mobile app as soon as someone pays, even as soon as you pay out. I found it great when using in the US at restuarants, etc where tips added after signing the bill. Knew even before left what they added and whether considered right. Amazingly easy and quick to setup. HSBC asked me around 100 questions, Counting up needed selfie, passport photo and few questions. had it setup within about 20 minutes. Only issue ever found is you cant use the mastercard at pay-at-pump petrol stations - tends to be rejected and once system took the entire £99 out and I had hassle getting it back.
