I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Easy banking

My account was set up in minutes as my business demands required immediate account access to send and receive money. I waited weeks for the high street bank to contact me back to open an account by which time I had already become a counting up customer. Intuitive and easy to use.

As a non finance person, I was worried Counting Up would be complicated. I was pleasantly wrong - the app is intuitive, easy to use and quick to learn. If you do need a hand, the UK based staff are quick to help. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019

Highly recommend

Hi I highly recommend counting up, everything is so easy, transfer, accountant letter even when I lost my card one day I got a new card. Even to cancel the card or freeze it's in a second. Excellent and improving fast
