I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Easy & Great to use!

Using counting up has made monitoring my transactions, book keeping, and sending and retrieving money so much more easy than other banks I’ve been with. They have great features such as invoicing and creating a professional invoice within the app itself. They are quick with responding to emails when there are issues regarding your account. My business runs very smoothly thanks to the counting up app. I have used it for nearly a year now and it’s so easy and quick to use. I highly doubt I will change to another bank anytime soon!
