I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

To summarise:

In the beginning they was very good but as time progressed the app has developed well but also progressed backwards in some aspects of functionality of the app, service has never really been an issue apart from a few times, and the surcharges have become more over time other than that it’s been good! No. 1 on the market

Easy to use and everything you need to keel track on your spendings and incomes. Also quite easy to make payments to subcontractors and to receive payments. It is very well designed for all kind of businessess. To apply it was sow easy, i had just to scan a qr code and complete the fields. I had the answer in minutes for being aprooved. U am using this bank from 2023 and i am very happy. Even when i had issues like log into the app the customer support helped me very quick to sort out the issue Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
