I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Avoid This Bank at All Costs – Read the 1-Star Reviews First! I opened a staff account with this bank under my company, Motolink South Wales Limited, and deeply regret it. Today was supposed to be the first day of using the account – they sent me the card, and I’d already switched all my business direct debits over and transferred over £20,000 in various payments. As soon as the account became active… they froze it. No warning, no explanation. I messaged them via chat immediately, and as expected – no response. This is how they operate. Just read through the endless one-star reviews like I did (far too late, unfortunately). Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care about the disruption they cause to small businesses and individuals. I now have business obligations, bills, and payments in limbo while they hold onto my funds without even acknowledging my message. I want to move every penny out of this account as soon as they unblock it – if they ever do – and I strongly advise anyone considering this bank to look elsewhere. There are far better options out there that won’t leave you in the dark and treat your money like it’s theirs. You’ve been warned – especially if you’re a business like Motolink South Wales Limited.
