Good interest rates offered, strong security set up for internet account

Really is Easy Access ISA (4)

Easy to set up this ISA on line, but I missed the comment that I couldn't transfer in ISA balances from previous years. When the form came to say I was transferring in this year's ISA balance it was confusing but when I phoned for help they were very helpful. Only drawback? The amount of post I received, each by separate envelope, welcome letter, passcode, letter about transfer, grid for reference on phone queries, etc. I got 4 in just one day! Certainly communicative.... overall happy with service and the interest rate is the best I could find for easy access ISA at the moment. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Easy to use

I have an online ISA savings account which I've had no problems with. It was easy to open, I feel reassured by the high levels of security needed to access the account, and they promptly pay a competitive interest rate on my savings. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Exactly what i want from a building society.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, the branch i use is well laid out and clean and also whenever i carry out a deposit, withdrawal or change to my account, it was done fairly quickly. Reviewed on: 10th April 2015

Changing Address Problem

I've been trying to change my account address but it is proving very difficult. No response from web forms. Impossible to implement advice from their telephone helpline. I just want to close my account now! Reviewed on: 7th April 2015
