Treated an oldie with care

I had always had cover for travel insurance as part of my late wife's bank scheme but now need multi-trip insurance for an over 70 with COPD. Both insurance and medical assessors were helpful, courteous and efficient. I have the cover I need at a price I can afford. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

Very happy with my policy

We had an unfortunate incident on holidays in July, involving some sort of aquatic stinging thing, leaving my wife with a badly swollen leg. We had to take a number of taxis to and from the hotel and hospital, each journey costing about £30, as well as paying for treatment and medication. When we got back, I submitted a claim and with no hassle at all got everything (excluding the excess of course!) back. Very happy! Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

Fantastic support

The company paid out promptly, but far more important was the support, advice and help they gave me when I had to have major emergency surgery while travelling alone with my dog in a motorhome in the south of France. No need to look at any other company for health insurance while travelling abroad. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017
