Great value

I use covered to go to get my insurance as I have previous medical conditions And I always found this company great value and very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Covered2go to all my friends and family. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Top-notch support at a tricky time

We took out our Covered2go policy because it seemed great cover and was a good price, not ever thinking that we may need to claim on it. When I fell and broke my leg skiing however, they came into their own. I had regular update calls from their admin team and also from a doctor to check on my progress. I thought I would be pushed to head home as planned, to save on costs, but they allowed me ample time to ensure I was able to fly comfortably, had people waiting to assist at every transfer point and even allocated me three seats on the plane, so I could sit with my legs across them! They absolutely took the worry out of an already stressful and scary situation and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Top work, Team C2G! Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Insurance with good service at a reasonable price

On the basis of service, civility and price I rate Covered2Go highly. Fortunately we have not had to make a claim during our years with C2G but I am sure it would be dealt with in the same friendly and efficient manner if we ever needed to. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Super simple travel insurance

I searched online for travel insurance for an upcoming trip, a lot of other offerings were lite in detail with confusing price structure. Covered2go offer 3 simple plans depending on the level of cover you needed, plus a last minute offer too for those that we're travelling immediately so not concerned about holiday cancellations. The website was clearly laid out and well signposted and with one click access to all the policy t's&c's. terms etc. which was useful to check that there were no hidden clauses. I ended up choosing the Platinium option as I wanted gadget cover, an extra £15 buys a lot of piece of mind. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Good cover, good value

I took out this annual travel insurance after checking for Best Buys in the Which? Magazine. I know that should anything happen I will be well covered with this travel insurance. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Covered at a fair price

As I have pre - existing medical conditions I have difficulty getting cover for the Caribbean. Covered to Go have covered me for the last two visits at a very fair price. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Good cover and value for money

Took cover for a two month stay in the USA. Made a claim for emergency dental treatment which was satisfied with no hassle. Good value compared with other providers. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017
