Great Service Well Priced Insurance

We have been so impressed with the service, helpfulness of all staff members we spoke to and absolutely delighted with the final outcome. It was the first time we have insured with them, but I doubt that we will ever consider going anywhere else from now on. We had been struggling to find a travel insurance policy which could offer us a personalised cover to meet one of our particular holiday plans. All of the other companies we had contacted, were either not interested or quoted us exorbitant prices. Covered2go not only took time to understand exactly what we wanted - but then spoke with underwriters and came back to us within 48 hours to provide us with the perfect match! Not only that, but we now have the bonus of worldwide cover for a whole year in addition. And all this for a quarter of the price we had been quoted for just the single trip. Well done Covered2go. You only find out just how good your travel insurance company is when you claim. I had to do this after my Brother in Law passed away a few days before we were supposed to travel, but Covered2go were brilliant, very empathic and guided us through the claims process. It took a few weeks as he died abroad and it took some time to get the death certificate. They deserve a 5star rating and they are the first place I go when my Annual travel insurance is due. Painless insurance experience

I have used Covered 2 Go for several years now, each year I look for a better deal but always end up here. Great value and very easy to deal with makes this an easy decision. Unfortunately I had to claim for a missed port visit on a cruise and the claim was handled efficiently without any problems. Keep up the great work! Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Unlike other insurers, the operator not only wanted to know what 'ailments' I might have, but also how I was being treated. She appeared to know that the treatment being received was correct & effective.

Easy to use

Brings out the cynic in me

Hopefully won't have to find out how good the claims service is but was definitely the easiest sight to use in terms of choosing the right cover. I was finding it difficult to get extended family cover and this was my primary reason for choosing this holiday insurance. Highly suspicious of a company that offers money for votes on an 'impartial' consumer guide. But that's just me. Hope they live up to the hype if I need to claim. Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Yes, you can still enjoy holidays in your eighties!

As a couple of "oldies", one over eighty, with several pre-existing medical conditions, we would be confident in recommending Covered2go to any other "oldies." Their Gold policy has served us well 3 times for single-trip holidays abroad and on the one occasion that we had to cancel a holiday because of unforeseen illness, the cancellation went through without a hitch. Their staff on the telephone are unfailingly friendly and helpful and the medical screening, although lengthy, is painless. Reviewed on: 18th July 2017
