Really great service

I was sick on a cruise and although we covered my medical problems we had not taken out cruise insurance . We did not realise this until we came home. On contacting the firm we were treated with consideration and every thing was explained. When I was sick on the ship it was nothing to do with my medical problems and Covered2go payed paid my medical bill. We will certainly be using this company again. Reviewed on: 15th August 2019

I needed holiday insurance for myself and travelling partner ... I searched many different insurance companies on line but found muddled descriptions on confusing web pages . no quibble excellence

we had booked a holiday to florida and then another to hong kong last year. My wife became very ill and we could not travel. We made a claim for the lost holidays and provided the covered2go with the necessary consultant and hospital documentation confirming that my wife was unfit to travel. Withing days covered2go had reimbursed us with all our money spent minus a very reasonable excess deduction. This is excellent service Thanks Reviewed on: 14th August 2019

brilliant no quibble service

We are thrilled with the Cover2Go travel insurance company. Last year my wife became very ill and we had to cancel pre-planned trips to both Florida and to Hong Kong. We made a cain for these missed holidays and provided Covered2Go with the necessary hospital/consultant confirmation that my wife was too ill to travel. Withing days Covered2Go had reimbursed us with all the money we had spent ( minus their very reasonable excess fee) This is excellent and we have recommended this company to all our friends.
