Can’t believe how quick the support was there from start to, well ongoing, with me 20mins of filling the short form in and clicking the button, I had support on the phone, the same person dealt with me till it was sorted. The staff have been brilliant each ti.e i have spoken to someone, my debt was affecting my anxiety and i would end up in tears and then embarrased tears. The staff understood and now i pay a amount i can afford and although its 6 years it has taught me to never get that bad again. Following government advice to shield due to poor health my income dropped drastically. I was unable to repay my loans. I found Creditfix while researching ways to approach loan companies about my situation. Creditfix gave me the support and advice I was looking for. I have never received such excellent customer service from any other company. Everything was clearly explained before a very quick and suitable solution was reached. At last I could sleep and stop worrying about my finances. My mental health improved. Loan companies ceased calling me constantly. I received 100% support with all enquiries I made.
