Ross is amazing!!!

When I contacted Credit Plus after getting into an accident that resulted in my car being written off, I was assisted by Ross. He exceeded all expectations, being incredibly welcoming and making the entire experience as smooth as possible. I initially called on a Monday and was able to pick up my new car by Friday, thanks to Ross efficient handling of the situation. Throughout the process, Ross kept me well-informed and provided exceptional customer service. Customer support

There was a small mix up at the dealership as to which vehicle I was purchasing but the staff at credit plus went above and beyond to rectify it despite it not being an issue caused my anyone at credit plus or myself, this was done quickly and efficiently by the staff members at credit plus with a special mention for Nijam and Charlie in this regard.
