Simple and easy

I love my bike, it has transformed my life after a tragic car accident left me unable to drive and living in a very rural area I was isolated and struggling to commute to work. I wanted to make sure that I would never have to feel like that again and Cycleplan gives me the confidence that even if the worst was to happen and my bike was damaged, stolen or worse that I would be able to get the help I needed. Excellent sympathetic service

I bought a Giant ebike six months ago. Careful of security, I also bought a diamond rated Abus U lock and thick steel cable for the saddle and front wheel. This model has a detachable large battery which slots into the front frame and is secured with another lock on the frame itself. Shortly after purchase, I left it securely locked to a lamppost through the frame and rear wheel and chained in central London for a short meeting in the evening and returned to find the Giant battery lock had been forced and the battery stolen. I had assumed the giant lock was secure which it clearly wasnt. Cycleplan were understanding and helpful and refunded the significant battery cost very quickly. The lady I spoke to was really sympathetic and efficient. I was impressed and grateful. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Still waiting for my teferral

Cycleplan make a big deal about paying a referral fee. I’ve referred people who have taken out plans and so far never received a referral payment. Essentially I did your work for you and got nothing. Back to yellow jersey at renewal I think Reviewed on: 8th September 2023
