Really great response when my bike was stolen a couple of years ago. Case handler was superb - sympathetic, empathetic, as well as really effective and efficient. The thing i really loved was that nobody even hinted that i wasn't telling the truth. All wrapped up in a week or so and the claim was met in full. Great stuff. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

I called for quote fo a new cover, I asked if would be cheaper to add to my insurance I all ready had I can't remember his name but he advised I'd loose my policy discount if I did add to my existing policy so I took out a new policy, perhaps it would have been cheaper to add rather than start a new policy but that wasn't the advice he gave so now I have two separate policies.
