Simply excellent all round

I was mugged on my way home and my bike was stolen. Hugely sympathetic, people-centred approach to my claim. Penny, my claims handler, went out of her way to ask if I was ok, and made the entire process as smooth as silk. It took about ten days from submitting my claim to the payment clearing my account; and five days of that involved waiting for the police crime reference. Penny called me a couple of times to ask how things were going, and then once more to tell me she had released payment, which was far more than i was expecting. I could not have asked for better treatment and have already recommended Cycleplan to my cycling friends. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Good, sensible insurance.

Having bought a 2nd bike, my previous insurance company required over the top protection for storage in my house. I say that as someone who has spent a career as an insurance underwriter! Cycleplan’s approach is very sensible, both in the reasonable requirements or outs in me, and the coverage it gives…all for a fair price. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
