When I first set up insurance for my e-bike it was very easy to get through to an actual person. They were incredibly helpful and had a great deal of patience when it came to answering all of my questions. Difficult to manage your account.

Little to no information regarding your policy is available online. Getting information and making changes are unnecessarily difficult. What could be simply accomplished via an online interface, instead needs to be done via email, for some reason. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
