Cycleplan provided a first rate service following a nasty accident. They were patient, sympathetic and understanding and explained the in and outs of my insurance claim in straightforward terms. Easy to set up insurance for my equipment, tailored for my circumstances and was easy to renew. When I needed to change details Customer Care were easy to contact and arranged changes to my policy quickly and smoothly. I would certainly recommend them to any cyclists.
