Misleading explainer video

Cycleplan show a nice video on their website of how to lock a bike, except they show the bike being secured in a way that does not comply with their insurance policies. In order to comply with the policy, both your wheels and frame must be locked with a lock that meets the correct sold secure standard, which means that the cable lock they show securing the wheels is not acceptable. After questioning this they confirmed they would refuse to pay out or reduce the claim if you secured QR wheels with an unrated cable as they show. So to comply with the sold secure gold/silver levels, you must use at least 2 heavy locks, which is really impractical, and they don't spell this out in their vague policy wording.
