Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Empathetic claims handling

Had an accident resulting in a stay in hospital. Made a claim for my injuries and explained I had not been able to inspect the bike for damage. Claims handler took details and agreed to log them in case a subsequent claim for bike damage was required. Was advised it would not be a problem to make a later claim. Was grateful for the empathy and understanding during the claims process which was very simple. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
