Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Security in cycling

After returning to cycling after many years I found the Cycleplan experience very reassuring and enlightening. I had purchased a new and expensive bicycle. The process of insuring my cycle was simple and the information advising me on locks and security to protect my new bicycle was invaluable. Every month there are more tips to happy safe cycling in this day and age. Times have changed since I had my bright yellow Mk 1 Raleigh Chopper in the early 1970's. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

AFFORDABLE, APPROPRIATE, ATHLETIC?

Perhaps not so athletic at my age. However, having recently been hacked off my bike by another cyclist who was not paying attention and travelling dangerously fast, I was impressed by the speed of response from Cycleplan. Some bureaucracy but it was not excessive and the claim was settled in good time so that I could get the bike repaired as soon as possible. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Timely reminder

You have bought your ebike and you hear someone has had theirs stolen, its the fashion now for these expensive rides to be taken away from you. I looked online and found Cycleplan, but not just an insurance policy but great advise about keeping your bike "yours". Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
