Efficiency and effectiveness in action

As a new cyclist, I sought insurance not quite knowing how to decide on my needs because of my very little cycling experience. Cycleplan made it easier to understand the options, the implications and then to effect a payment. The options were detailed well and helpfully. Hi there, I was unfortunate enough to have a bike stolen, I claimed on my Cycleplan and it was hassle free. All persons I dealt with were professional at all times. Great company to deal with

I was unfortunate to be involved in an accident, but Cycle Plan were there to help me through my claim for both personal injury and bike damage. I was not subjected to any unexpected clauses in the contract like some companies excel at, making me feel a valued customer. Reviewed on: 14th September 2018
