Zero stars review if I could

Once the claim was made I have had to keep chasing after the five working days quoted that they would get back to me. Either every contact they asked for different information to keep delaying the claim process and then wouldn’t pay out the claim as the bike lock provided when i purchased my sons bike from the manufacturers is not one if their chosen few secret bike lock manufacturers Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

Helpful staff, worthwhile product

The insurance is quite pricey but the staff are always helpful at trying to find a discount and the company send regular emails advising about ways to ensure compliance with insurance regulations. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025
