At my last review the staff were able to explain the policy and provide a good rate. On my recent renewal I noted the price was significantly lower than other providers whilst maintaining the same levels of coverage. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025

They are cheap but their claims adjusters are not consistent. They didn't pay me based on my indemnity policy signed to, but the policy others signed to. My policy was a continuation. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

They are not too expensive, since I have been using...

They are not too expensive, since I have been using the lock they require for the insurance I have not had my bicycle stolen once! Easy to renew insurance. Good, solid practicle insurance requirements also reduces theft. Reviewed on: 14th September 2025
