Cycleplan are easy to deal with, the terms, conditions and exclusions are openly displayed and plainly stated. Fortunately I have not had occasion to make a claim and I hope that continues but I do have the comfort of knowing, as long as I comply with the T's & C's, that I have insurance should the necessity arise.
