First insurance that actually worked out worthwhile.

First insurance that actually worked out worthwhile. Needed to claim, made the claim, got paid, got new bike. It wasn't quick and there was bit of unnecessary repetitive questioning and have to provide the same evidence more than once, but it worked out well in the end. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Great Customer Service, Frustrating renewal process

Customer service are quick to respond and always polite & concise with their responses. The only drawback is the renewal price is never as low as a new customer so no benefit in renewing unless you put time and effort in to getting a better price. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
