Easy to use web site. Clear terms and conditions. Cycleplan provide quality service and allows you to have nil excess which is good for an electric bike, as a high risk item. Bought a policy online and happy overall. Would use again. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

I have had to claim, and it has been ok.

You can normally get a good deal when renewing. I do not like their claims adjusters, but no claims adjuster are favorable to consumers. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
