Not many people insure bikes, I don't have to worry as Cycleplan insurance totally covers this and leaves me concentrate on my cycling knowing I'm fully covered if anything happened. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Had my bike stolen twice. Learned from the first mistake and insured my replacement bike. After the second incident, the calim processing was straightforward and speedy. Very happy with the service i received. I keep the insurance with the same provider for a couple of years now as the prices they offer are also very competitive. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Excellent cover at a reasonable premium

I've had my bike insured with Cycleplan for years now and apart from an unexpected premium hike last year due to boundary changes (or something like that), they have been very good. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Overall cycle plan maintained a good level of customer service. If I was to recommend an improvement I would suggest they contact the client more as it seemed like I needed to chase more often than them contacting me - however whenever I did get in contact the employees were incredibly helpful Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
