Recommended to me by a friend and I have to say, my experience thus far has been very positive. Very easy to set up, a wide range of cover options to choose from and friendly and helpful staff who answered my queries quickly and courteasly. Having struggled to find an insurance company that would cover multiple bikes, I stumbled across Cycleplan. Provided exactly the product I needed at a sensible price. Huge rise in premium after no fault claim

Had to claim when motorist crashed into my parked bicycle (I was not present), why large raise in premium when all costs recovered from motorists insurance company? If I'd known that I'd have claimed direct and saved a premium rise! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
