Easy Set Up

I found the process of purchasing insurance easy and straightforward. Compared to other insurers the cover was superb and simply explained. It was a breeze to set up and gives me huge piece of mind. Best ever experience of an insurance company

I'd had my back wheel stolen and when I explained that I needed my bike for work, the guy I spoke to fast-tracked my application as much as he could so I wouldn't have to wait the standard amount of time. They approved the quote I got from my local bike shop and paid me pretty much straight away. I had all the documentation I needed (proofs of purchase, crime number etc) and obviously that makes it easier at their end, but I am notoriously skeptical of insurance companies and I have to say I was blown away by the speed and efficiency of the service. The advisor that dealt with my claim was really understanding and compassionate and that also added to the experience. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

Smooth riding policy.

Cycleplan are so hassle free when it comes to insuring your bike. I couldn't believe how smooth the whole process was. After speaking to some insurers it quickly became apparent that they don't realise some bikes actually cost over £500!
