Terrible, really not in keeping with a good service and not what I paid for. Have ended up having to make a formal complaint and now to the ombudsman. Would recommend any other provider rather than these. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024

Getting cycle insurance is more about protecting others, having to lug expensive and heavy chains and locks about defeats the object of cycling, fun. But these people have insurance and finance down to a fine art. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024
