Ann Walpole was incredibly patient and efficient, taking her time to explain the products to both myself and my daughter. There was nothing too much for Ann as she went over and beyond with her time and with her skill and great product knowledge but also taking her time to explain every little detail. Ann was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and breath of fresh air in a time when everything seems electronic and non-personal she brought back that human touch.
