Regaining online access

I was blocked from accessing my account online due to my own mistakes. I emailed DBS as advised and was contacted within 5 minutes. With the help and patience of Customer Advisor Simon, the issue was resolved within minutes and access regained. Reviewed on: 31st October 2023
