I telephoned to enquire about transferring an existing ISA 2 to a higher rate, fixed term ISA with Darlington BS. Jeanette Bowes, who dealt with my query, provided all the information I required & emailed the relevant forms for me to print. I cannot fault the service I received. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

I was assisted br Craig to set up my new on line accounts with Darlington. I then spoke with Simon regarding how to transfer funds into my nominated bank account. Both were very helpful, friendly and patient and I would definitely recommend Darlington to my friends. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
