Wonderful Darlington Staff

I rang to re register accessing my savings account and as an 80+ yr old lady who suffers fro essential tremor I spoke to the most wonderful staff member Jeanette. She was the most patient and considerate person I have dealt with on the phone. She recognised my difficulties and was able continue conversations positively even though everything I did was just causing further confusion. She was politely engaging throughout our long conversation and showed no sign of impatience or need for me to hurry up. In fact she was remarkably positive as my call ate into a good portion of her time. I think I spent over 30 mins attempting to re register with her committed support. I did not re register but felt that I had done enough of stressing and would pass the task to my Grandson when he visits. Even this didn’t phase Jeanette who could hear I’d reached the end of my patience and again gave me positive feedback and advice. I hope Darlington Building Society appreciate this staff member and her ability to listen support positively and care for your customers. If I could I would send her big box of sweets or a bunch of flowers to thank her. Perhaps you could do this on my behalf as her work is exceptional and if all your staff are equal to her I will always want to remain a member of your building society.
