Renewals experience as a Landlord

Initially when contacted about renewals there was poor / interrupted communication & I wasn't called back (as promised) when I queried a significant increase in one premium. However, since being contacted by Kendall she was extremely good & prompt at keeping me informed & coming up with a better overall 'bundle' for my x2 rental properties. Reviewed on: 5th August 2025
